Menstrual cup — getting started

Getting started with a menstrual cup
A menstrual cup is similar to a tampon in that it's inserted into the vagina. But instead of absorbing blood, it collects it. Made of medical-grade silicone that's soft and adapts to the body.
How does it work?
The cup creates a vacuum seal that prevents leaks. It can stay in for up to 12 hours and holds significantly more than a tampon.
Medical silicone
The material is non-toxic, biocompatible, and can be sterilized by boiling.
