Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy on our products from the date you receive your order. Due to hygiene reasons, the following applies to our products:

  • The product must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging
  • The seal must not be broken
  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of used products

Complaints (defective product)

  • Contact us within a reasonable time
  • We offer a replacement product or refund
  • We cover any shipping costs for approved complaints

Refund

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after receiving and approving the return
  • Refunds are issued via the same payment method

Return Shipping Cost

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless the product is defective)
