Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy on our products from the date you receive your order. Due to hygiene reasons, the following applies to our products:
- The product must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging
- The seal must not be broken
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of used products
Complaints (defective product)
- Contact us within a reasonable time
- We offer a replacement product or refund
- We cover any shipping costs for approved complaints

Refund
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after receiving and approving the return
